Period and mood tracker for iPhone and Android

Your cycle,
on your terms.

See it in motion.

Twenty seconds of the real thing: a day tapped in, a phase turning over, a symptom page opened.

Why Kloe

Everything it does, and nothing it takes.

01 / 05

Your first cycle and mood tracker that’s private by design

Periods, moods, symptoms and notes in one place, logged in a few taps. There is no account and no cloud: every entry stays on your phone, protected by its built-in encryption.

App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected

02 / 05

Private by design, powered by research

Every symptom has its own card: what is happening in your body, what tends to help, and when it is worth seeing someone, grounded in current research. The cards read your own log, and none of it leaves your phone. Living with endometriosis? Kloe tracks those symptoms too.

03 / 05

Make it your own

Twelve themes, four app icons and home screen widgets that show your week at a glance. Pick the look that feels like yours, and change it whenever you like.

Try three of the twelve here, and this page follows along.

04 / 05

A monthly nudge to real self-care

Did you know? If you have breasts, a monthly self-check helps you learn what is normal for you. The best time is a few days after your period ends, and Kloe works out that day from your own cycle.

05 / 05

Send a PDF to your doctor before an appointment, or a cycle card to your partner so they know what this week looks like. Both are made on your phone, and nothing goes anywhere until you press send.

FAQ

Most asked questions.

Can't find what you're looking for? Ask in the Feedback Corner, or tell us what Kloe should do next. We read every post.

Go to Feedback Corner
Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone. Kloe has no servers, no account and no cloud sync, so your entries never leave your phone unless you export or share them yourself.

Do I need an account?

No. You never sign up or give us an email. Your purchase belongs to your App Store or Google Play account, like any app, but everything you log stays on your phone. You can even skip your name during setup.

How do I share a report with my doctor?

Open My Reports and create a PDF or a cycle card. It is made on your phone and opens the share sheet, so you choose what to do with it: send it on WhatsApp, by email or AirDrop, print it, and more.

Can I use Kloe on hormonal birth control?

Yes. You can still log periods, moods and symptoms. Kloe does not estimate ovulation on hormonal contraception, because it usually does not happen and a withdrawal bleed is not a cycle.

Which languages does Kloe speak?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Ukrainian. Kloe follows your phone's language, and you can change it for Kloe alone in Settings. Missing yours? Ask for it in the Feedback Corner.

Does Kloe replace medical advice?

No. Kloe explains what is common across the cycle and helps you notice your own patterns. Anything that worries you, or that changes, is worth taking to a clinician.
